Dear Parents and Guardians:
To begin using the Parent Portal each parent and/or guardian is required to self-register. This process is quick and easy and can be done from any computer. Because the School System recognizes the need to protect the identity of your family’s sensitive data, we use the same encryption methods used by many large financial institutions. For this same reason, we highly recommend that you do not utilize publically accessible computers to register. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the school and access will be provided to you.

To register, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to https://campus.ccboe.net/cparent .
2. Enter your child’s Social Security Number in the appropriate space with no dashes, then the child’s date of birth in the appropriate fields. NOTE: Parents with multiple children attending Columbia County Schools will only be required to enter one child’s information to obtain the registration key/s for the family.
3. Click “Submit.”
