NINTH GRADE REGISTRATION

FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR

Students that will be entering ninth grade at Lakeside for the 2008-2009 school year will follow this registration timeline:

January 7, 2008 Letter from Dr. Carney to all current 8th graders

January 17, 2008      Parent meeting at Lakeside Middle School from 6 - 7pm

     for LMS students/parents

January 18, 2008     Registration packets delivered to middle schools

January 22, 2008      LHS Counselors and Graduation Coach meets with

     middle school students: LMS at 8 am and RMS at 2 pm

January 24, 2008      Parent meeting at Riverside Middle School from 6:30 -   

                                   7:30 pm for RMS students/parents

Jan. 28 - Feb. 13       Individual conferences with counselors available for

     middle school students and parents held at LHS

February 13, 2008    Final date for freshman registration with LHS

     Counselors or middle school Counselors.

Middle school students that do not turn in a registration form will have their classes picked for them by a counselor.  It is extremely important for each student to remember to turn in his/her form!
